Redpeg is a SETA accredited service provider and currently enjoys institutional accreditation for the development, provision, assessment and certification of workplace and vocational HIV and AIDS training programmes. It has developed comprehensive HIV and AIDS programmes which include training in foundational clinical modules as well as workplace specific modules.

Syllabus: The peer educator training programme consists of the following modules:

•HIV and AIDS - the basics
•HIV and AIDS - prevention
•HIV and AIDS - the relationship with TB and STIs
•HIV and AIDS - living positively
•HIV and AIDS - rights in the workplace
•HIV testing in the workplace
•HIV and AIDS in the community
•Train the trainer - principles of training in the workplace
Assessment methods: Learners are expected to submit a series of workplace based assignments which are assessed by our assessors.
