Syllabus: The strategic training for managers programme consists of the following modules:

•HIV/AIDS - rights in the workplace
•HIV testing in the workplace
•Management of an employee with HIV
•HIV/AIDS, the law and dispute resolution
Assessment methods: Learners are expected to submit a series of workplace based assignments which are assessed by our assessors.
