ACESS is an alliance of almost 1 200 children’s sector organisations. The two main aims of ACESS are to ensure that all children who currently qualify for social security can access the grants and benefits to which they are entitled and to advocate for transformation of the current system into a comprehensive social security system which is made up of a package of cash grants, benefits and services.
